Requesting a trial class

1. Create an account and log in (see Your account). Without an account you cannot request a trial class.
2. As long as you have no valid pass, the panel Request a trial class is at the bottom of the schedule: Not been to the studio before? Request a trial class; the studio reviews your request and you can follow it on your account page.
3. Click Request a trial class. You land on My account, where the request is under Earlier with the label Being reviewed and the date of the request.

There is nothing to fill in. The studio sees your request in its own overview and gets no separate e-mail about it, so a request may take a while.

• Approved: you get the e-mail Your trial at <studio> has been approved, saying until when you can book. The trial class is now a pass on My account and you book with it through the schedule. The validity starts on the day of approval.
• Declined: My account shows Declined. You get no e-mail about this; the studio gets in touch itself if needed.

• You can request a trial class at a studio only once, even if the request was declined and even if the studio later offers a different trial class. A second attempt gives You have already requested a trial class.
• This studio does not currently offer trial classes. means the studio has no trial class on offer. Buy a single class or a class pass instead.
• You do not buy a trial class; it is not in the shop.
